This policy explains what personal data Propexio collects, how we use it and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run and improve the service.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email and authentication data.
- Activity: the questions you ask, properties and searches you save, and features you use.
- Content you provide: files or documents you upload, where that feature is available.
- Technical data: device, browser, approximate location, and log data.
- Cookies and analytics: as described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To provide the service and answer your questions about Dubai real estate.
- To improve answer quality, relevance and the underlying models.
- To personalise your workspace, saved properties and preferences.
- To keep accounts secure and detect abuse.
- To provide support and, for paid plans, to handle billing.
Your queries and AI
Your questions and saved items are processed to generate answers and to improve the service. We aim to minimise personal data used for model improvement and to work with de-identified or aggregated data where practical.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Propexio (such as hosting, AI processing, analytics and payments) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with the measures described in our Security page.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export or delete your account data, and manage cookie and communication preferences. To make a request, contact privacy@propexio.com.
