What Propexio is

Propexio is a conversational AI workspace that helps you research properties, buildings, communities, prices, yields, ROI and market trends in Dubai. It is an informational tool only. Propexio is not a broker, agent, developer, valuer, lawyer, tax adviser or financial adviser, and does not provide legal, financial, tax, brokerage or investment advice.

Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Use Propexio lawfully and professionally. You must not:

• Scrape, resell, redistribute or bulk-export the data or outputs.
• Reverse-engineer, probe or attempt to extract the underlying models.
• Misrepresent AI outputs as verified, certified or professional advice.
• Upload unlawful content, or use the service to breach any law or third-party right.

AI outputs and market data

Answers, valuations, comparables and forecasts are generated with AI and market data. They may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Property prices, availability, fees, service charges, yields and ROI estimates can change quickly and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Always verify with licensed professionals, official sources, brokers, developers, lawyers or tax advisors before making any decision. Nothing in Propexio is an offer, solicitation or guarantee to buy, sell, rent or invest.

Intellectual property

Propexio, its interface, models, and branding belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to process it so we can operate and improve the service. You may not use our marks without permission.

Availability

We work to keep Propexio available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the platform, including demo data, is provided on an "as available" basis.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propexio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on AI outputs or market data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes are notified in-app or by email, and continued use means you accept them. You may stop using Propexio at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put the platform or other users at risk.
