This policy sets out what you may not do on Propexio. It supports our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the platform. Breaking these rules can lead to suspension or termination.
Prohibited activity
- Fraud, deception, or facilitating money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Abusive scraping, crawling or bulk extraction of data or outputs.
- Spam, mass messaging, or automated abuse of the service or any API.
- Manipulating outputs or presenting AI answers as verified or professional advice.
- Posting or promoting misleading, discriminatory or unlawful property listings or claims.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the underlying models.
Fair use of AI and APIs
Use Propexio at a reasonable, human scale. Automated or high-volume access is only permitted where we expressly allow it. We may rate-limit, throttle or block usage that threatens performance, security or other users.
Respect others
Do not harass, defraud or discriminate against others, and do not use Propexio to violate any person’s rights or any applicable law, including fair-housing and consumer-protection rules.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, limiting features, or suspending or terminating accounts. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.
