These terms explain how paid Propexio plans are billed. They apply alongside our Terms of Service. Where the platform runs in demo mode, no payment is required and these terms do not apply.
Plans
Propexio may be offered on free and paid plans with different limits and features. The plan you select, its price and its billing cycle are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Payment and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each cycle using your saved payment method, until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.
Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable taxes such as VAT, which are added where required. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the service.
Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately; the difference is charged on a pro-rated basis.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep paid access until then.
- Changing plans may change your usage limits and available features.
Failed payments
If a charge fails we may retry it and may downgrade or pause paid features until payment succeeds. Please keep your billing details current.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to the remainder of your cycle.
