Propexio is an informational AI platform. This notice explains our general compliance posture and how things could change if the platform ever connects to services related to transactions.
What Propexio does today
Propexio provides information and analysis about Dubai real estate. It does not process property transactions, hold client money, execute deals or act as an intermediary in any purchase, sale, rental or financing.
If we add transaction partners
In the future Propexio may connect with brokers, developers, financing providers or other partners for services related to transactions. If that happens, additional checks may apply, which could include:
- Identity verification (KYC) for the relevant users.
- Anti-money-laundering (AML) and sanctions screening.
- Source-of-funds checks handled by the relevant licensed partner.
Handled by licensed parties
Any such checks would be carried out by the appropriately licensed partner responsible for the transaction, in line with applicable law. Propexio does not represent that it is itself licensed or authorised to perform them.
Lawful use
You must not use Propexio to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
