Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. We apply encryption to stored data where appropriate.

Access controls

We use authentication, role-based access and the principle of least privilege so that internal access to data is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

Infrastructure

Propexio runs on reputable cloud infrastructure with network protections, backups and separation between environments.

Monitoring

We log and monitor activity to detect and respond to suspicious behaviour, and we work to patch known issues promptly.
