This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid Propexio plans. It applies together with our Billing & Subscription Terms.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it does not delete your account.
Access until the cycle ends
When you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the free tier or is deactivated, depending on your plan.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time. We may issue a refund where:
- You were charged in error or double-charged.
- A billing amount is clearly incorrect.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
How to request
Contact billing@propexio.com within 14 days of the charge, with your account email and the transaction details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
